Note that you will not receive a tracking number for your order immediately after making your purchase. You will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. This often takes a business day from when you make your order.

We offer a no questions asked 30-day return period for products purchased on our website.
This means you can return your order within 30 days of purchase as long as the product and packaging are in like-new condition. You can find detailed information in our Refund Policy.

ENDFIELD leather products are crafted with full-grain cowhide leather from Spain. This type of leather is well known for its exceptional quality and durability. The leather is tanned under Gold-rated Leather Working Group (LWG) environmental protocols, their highest rating.

We use 100% natural grey wool felt from a well known supplier in Germany. This high quality wool felt is a very soft, water-repellent and shock-absorbent fabric that not only looks great but also protects your tech from knocks and falls.

Our leather products are made in a factory located in Ubrique, Spain. Ubrique is home to some of the world's best leather makers and is renowned for its quality.
Our wood products are manufactured in China.
Warranty & Product Care
Each ENDFIELD product includes a 1-year limited factory warranty, effective from the date of purchase.
All ENDFIELD products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. However, this warranty does not cover damages caused by abnormal wear and tear or accidental damage by the user.

In most cases, there is no need to treat the leather of our products. However, over time and with use, you may wish to remove small stains and dust. To do so, gently wipe the leather with a damp cloth.
Small wrinkles, blemishes, or subtle color variations are natural characteristics of our full-grain leather and should be appreciated as unique features that make each product one of a kind, rather than seen as imperfections.
Avoid using soaps, oils, or other cleaning agents on our leather products, and do not expose them to extreme heat or moisture. Improper care, including incorrect treatment of the leather, may void your product’s limited warranty.
The best way to care for your wooden products is to wipe them carefully with a damp cloth. Stains and dirt can be with a soft damp cloth, rubbing carefully.
